We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, and supporting the overall sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and social media; respond to inquiries promptly.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, complaints, and share product catalogs, deals, and relevant information.
- Manage the complete sales cycle using CRM software and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and provide daily progress updates.
- Create invoices for orders and organize data in folders, software, and Excel sheets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase customer purchase value.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and retarget potential leads for repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to support strategy development.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate to enhance overall team performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and conduct follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and participate in training sessions.
- Prepare sales reports and document all interactions in the CRM system.
