About role

· The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for curating leads, scheduling meetings for our sales team with prospects and customers from our Marketing activities as well as within our accounts. The role actively pursues targeted accounts within our territories to qualify potential prospects, schedule meetings, and provide additional support needed to convert them to opportunities. The overall success of the SDR is determined by two factors: meetings booked and meetings converted into pipeline.

Responsibilities

· Schedule qualified meetings for Sales by following up on Marketing activities and engaging with target accounts

· Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to prioritize accounts and leads for outreach

· Work with Sales to understand their target accounts, current and future pipeline

· Research contacts and develop an account entry strategy to reach decision makers for our solutions.

· Connect with contacts via phone, email, video conference, chat, text, and social media

· Understand ERP League’s value proposition, solutions, ideal customer profile, reasons for choosing us, competitive alternatives, and go-to-market strategy

· Utilize ERP League collateral and guide people to our online resources to promote engagement

· Log activity in Sales tool and utilise all its capabilities to uncover new leads/prospects

· Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and the ability to overcome obstacles

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

· 5-8 years’ experience working in a performance-oriented environment with monthly goals

· Experience with lead generation, business development, and appointment setting using the BANT qualification

· Experience using Zoho Bigin, Salesforce/HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Assertive and fearless, undeterred by obstacles, able to persevere

· Excellent questioning skills with a strong ability to analyze situations / read the room

· Performance-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to achieve goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
