Gravity Networks is growing fast in East Tennessee, and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our outbound pipeline. If you're energetic, curious, and excited to break into tech sales, this is an opportunity to build a strong foundation with a company that values growth and learning.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new sales opportunities
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
  • Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the sales team
  • Set highly qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage and document all outreach activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and outreach sequences
  • Participate in local networking events to promote Gravity Networks
  • Consistently meet activity metrics and pipeline goals

What You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and resilience
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn technical solutions
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.) preferred
  • Prior sales, retail, customer service, or callcenter experience helpful but not required

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience in technology, telecom, IT services, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with the Knoxville/East Tennessee business landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
