Gravity Networks is growing fast in East Tennessee, and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our outbound pipeline. If you're energetic, curious, and excited to break into tech sales, this is an opportunity to build a strong foundation with a company that values growth and learning.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new sales opportunities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
- Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the sales team
- Set highly qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Manage and document all outreach activity in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and outreach sequences
- Participate in local networking events to promote Gravity Networks
- Consistently meet activity metrics and pipeline goals
What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and resilience
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.) preferred
- Prior sales, retail, customer service, or callcenter experience helpful but not required
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in technology, telecom, IT services, or SaaS
- Familiarity with the Knoxville/East Tennessee business landscape
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
