Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for proactive and confident SDRs to drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. The ideal candidate has prior experience in IT/software sales and excels at initiating conversations that convert into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Strong spoken and written English communication
  • Experience in IT/software industry preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools
  • Target-driven and confident personality

Experience

1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or Outbound Calling role

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Location: Onsite – Karachi

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi Gulistan-E-Jouhar (Kp-2023): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • sales development representative: 1 year (Preferred)
