Virtual Triage is a UK-based healthcare technology platform that connects patients with verified doctors through an AI-powered system for booking, triage, and virtual consultations. We’re expanding our outreach team in Pakistan to onboard more doctors and clinics to our growing network.

We’re seeking professional Cold Callers who can confidently engage with healthcare professionals, explain our platform benefits, and help build long-term partnerships.

The Role

As a Cold Caller, you’ll reach out to clinics and independent doctors across the UK to introduce Virtual Triage, share how our platform helps them attract more patients, and encourage them to list their profiles or book a quick demo with our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and medical professionals (data provided).
• Communicate the value of Virtual Triage and guide them through the listing process.
• Schedule appointments or demos with our UK business team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly outreach targets and maintain consistent follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn).

• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.

• Ambition to learn SaaS sales and grow into an Account Executive role.

• Interest in AI, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus.

• Self-starter, resilient, and driven by results.
