We’re hiring a long-term Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify opportunities through outbound outreach (email/DM), book demos, and keep our pipeline organized.

What You’ll Do

-Build lead lists of studios, creators, creator teams, and agencies that are a fit for DittoDub
-Run daily outbound outreach (cold email, call, message, + social DMs) with thoughtful personalization
-Follow up consistently and handle objections at the top of funnel
-Qualify prospects (need, channel type, volume of content, languages, budget readiness)
-Book demos/calls for our closers and ensure clean handoffs
-Update CRM, track outcomes, and improve messaging based on what’s working

Requirements
-Strong spoken/written English (you’ll be messaging creators/teams daily)
-Proven outbound sales or lead-gen experience (SDR/VA lead gen is fine)

-Comfortable with high activity + rejection (it’s sales)

-Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups

-Familiarity with YouTube/creator economy is a big plus

Bonus: experience with sales flows.

Compensation (Base + Commission) % of revenue/ sale for 6 months depending on the agreement we set together

Pay schedule: Weekly/Bi-monthly

Success:
-Consistent daily outreach with strong reply rates
-Steady flow of qualified creators/companies on the calendar
-Clear tracking + reporting (what worked, what didn’t, what to test next)
