Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Female

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Identify decision-makers and understand client requirements
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with a professional attitude
• Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
