Sales Development Representative (SDR Intern)

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and confident SDR Interns (Sales Development Representatives) who are eager to build a career in international B2B sales and business development.

This internship is ideal for fresh graduates, and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, internships, or client communication. Selected candidates will work closely with our business development team and gain hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, prospect communication, and international market exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities
  • Utilize LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation tools to connect with prospects
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
  • Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Achieve assigned lead generation goals and activity targets
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written English and professional communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation is a plus
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in evening/night shift timings
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with 0–1 year relevant experience will be preferred
