We are hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our growing marketing agency. If you are confident on calls, know how to handle leads, and can book meetings with business owners, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients

Qualify marketing leads and set appointments

Handle CRM and maintain lead records

Communicate confidently with lawyers, plumbers, business owners, and CEOs

Coordinate with sales closers and marketing team

Generate interested prospects through outbound outreach

Requirements

6 months to 1 year experience in SDR, appointment setting, or sales

Strong English communication skills

Confident personality with convincing skills

Experience in marketing agency or lead generation is a plus

Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads services preferred
