Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Morning Shift

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team full time. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential prospects.
• Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria before handing them off to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activities in CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or SDR role (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

Shift Timings: Morning Shift - 10 am to 6:30 pm
