We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Night Shift team at PHPTRAVELS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new sales leads from international markets
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Set appointments and schedule demos for Sales/BD team
• Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM system
• Research and target potential business clients
• Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates
• Support sales pipeline growth with quality prospects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR / Lead Generation / Sales role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English required)
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach & CRM tools
• Ability to work in night shift environment
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Experience in SaaS / IT / Travel industry is a plus
