Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Outbound Sales Specialist

About the Role

Has Impex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth through proactive outbound outreach. In this role, you will identify potential customers, connect with decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

As one of the first points of contact for prospects, you will play an important role in building strong relationships while contributing directly to company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Research

Build targeted lead lists using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

Research companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach based on industry and business needs.

Outbound Outreach

Execute daily outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels (60–100 touchpoints per day).

Conduct cold calls using structured scripts and objection-handling techniques.

Personalize communication to improve engagement and response rates.

Campaign Management

Create and manage multi-step outreach campaigns with multiple touchpoints.

Test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and call approaches.

Track performance metrics including reply rates, conversions, and meetings booked.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Keep lead and pipeline data updated and organized.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales team for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Share insights from prospect conversations to support business strategy.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation and cold calling.

Experience with sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

2–4 years of outbound sales experience with consistent performance.

Experience in B2B sales.

Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger.

60–100 outbound touchpoints daily.

Continuous improvement in outreach conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
