Sales Development Representative (SDR - Pakistan Market)

Jaldi Tech is a fast‑growing SaaS company making real estate lead management radically easier across the MENA region and Pakistan.



What You’ll Do


  • Own top‑of‑funnel lead generation: research target accounts, build prospect lists, and keep the CRM clean.
  • Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social touches to book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Run discovery calls to understand pain points and frame Jaldi Tech’s value.
  • Log every activity in the CRM, maintain accurate lead statuses, and share weekly pipeline reports.
  • Conduct Demos to show Jaldi’s value to clients
  • Hit weekly KPIs: calls placed, emails sent, meetings booked, and SQLs generated.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.


Must‑Haves


  • 2–3 years of quota‑carrying experience selling SaaS products.
  • Proven success with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Flawless spoken and written English – neutral accent, confident delivery, tight grammar.



Nice‑to‑Haves


  • Experience selling CRM or marketing‑automation software.
  • Prior exposure in tech sales
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales‑engagement tools.

  • Base Salary: Upto 100k per month (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission. (OTE Upto 180k per month)
