About the Role

We are hiring Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, lead generation, telemarketing, and business development. You will focus on cold calling and prospecting in the UK market, helping us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to UK-based prospects.
• Identify customer needs, pain points, and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Build and nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Continuously improve sales scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or business development.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling.
• Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
• Team player with adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Comfortable working in UK timings (2 PM – 11 PM Pakistan Standard Time).
