Role Overview
CloudNSite is hiring a sales-focused professional who can help generate, qualify, and close opportunities for AI automation and workflow implementation services. This role is intentionally broad enough to attract two strong profiles:
We are open to structuring the role based on capability. The right candidate may start as a lead generator and appointment setter, or, if strong enough, operate as a consultative seller and closer.
- Pipeline Builders / Appointment Setters who are strong at outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings
- Consultative Sellers / Closers who can diagnose operational problems more deeply and help move complex deals toward close
What You'll Do
- Prospect and open conversations with qualified businesses
- Generate leads through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify operational pain points and translate them into sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and move strong opportunities into discovery calls
- Follow up consistently and professionally across multiple touches
- Keep pipeline, notes, and next steps organized
- Work closely with leadership on messaging, positioning, and deal strategy
- Help refine outreach and qualification based on what converts

What You’ll Be Selling
You will be helping businesses understand and buy services such as:
- AI workflow automation
- Document and approval automation
- CRM and intake workflow automation
- Scheduling and billing automation
- Custom AI agents
- Operational process redesign
- Automation strategy and implementation services
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Proven ability to generate conversations and move prospects through a pipeline
- Experience selling services, SaaS, consulting, agency services, or other business solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with owners, operators, executives, and other decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining organized pipeline records
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and perform in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and measurable sales goals
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market companies
- Experience with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with AI automation, workflow automation, digital transformation, or operational improvement
- Startup, agency, consulting, or early-stage sales experience
- Track record of booking qualified meetings or closing deals from outbound efforts
- Ability to understand business systems well enough to discuss automation at a practical level

A highly technical AI engineer is not required for this role. However, stronger candidates should be comfortable learning enough about automation systems to sell outcomes intelligently and know when to escalate technical depth.
Compensation
Compensation can be structured based on fit and role level:We are open to structuring compensation around the right candidate.
Typical commission outcomes may range from $1,000 to $5,000+ per closed sale depending on deal size and role structure. For candidates who build and retain a productive monthly book of business, recurring earnings can compound meaningfully over time. Your first 10 clients boost you into $5000-7500 per month.
