We are currently hiring for our Bur Dubai showroom.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales & Social Media Executive to join our team in Bur Dubai.

This role combines retail sales and social media content creation. The candidate will assist walk-in customers with laptop, PC, and printer sales while also creating regular content for TikTok and Instagram to promote products, offers, and increase showroom footfall.

ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales

• Assist customers with laptops, PCs, printers, and accessories
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
• Explain product features and pricing
• Support sales closing and billing process
• Maintain showroom display and product presentation
• Deliver excellent customer service

Social Media

• Create short videos and reels for TikTok and Instagram
• Promote new arrivals, offers, and bundles from the store
• Support social media campaigns to increase customer walk-ins
• Capture engaging in-store content regularly

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Comfortable appearing on camera for short videos
• Basic social media knowledge (Instagram / TikTok)
• Sales or retail experience preferred
• Freshers may apply
