Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and play an active role in our growth journey. This hands-on internship combines digital marketing execution, sales support, and business development, giving you the opportunity to work on real projects that directly impact business growth.

This role is perfect for someone eager to gain practical experience in client acquisition, online marketing, and market expansion, while working closely with the leadership team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Help manage social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support lead generation through LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, and other creative strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, client proposals, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage CRM tools and help track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person), take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Strategic Growth

  • Identify potential partnerships, distribution channels, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm, test, and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Who You Are

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup.
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace (preferred but not mandatory).
