Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience effectively, drive traffic to our website(s), generate leads/sales opportunities, and improve overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

COD Operations:

  • Monitor daily COD collections.
  • Reconcile COD cash with delivery data, receipts, and system records.
  • Identify and resolve COD discrepancies and shortfalls.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly COD reports for management.
  • Coordinate between operations, finance, and courier teams for smooth COD processes.
  • Handle escalations regarding missing or delayed COD payments.
  • Ensure that all COD operations comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Monitor fraud risks, cash theft, or mismanagement and take corrective actions.

Ø Strategy Development:

o Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

o Identify target audiences through market research; develop campaigns tailored to them.

Ø Social Media Management:

o Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.), including content creation/curation.

o Develop a posting schedule that aligns with engagement analytics.

o Monitor trends in social media tools/applications/strategies; analyze competitor presence.

Ø Content Creation & SEO:

o Collaborate with content creators on blog posts/videos/articles aligned with branding strategy.

o Ensure all created content is optimized for search engines (SEO best practices).

Ø Digital Campaigns & Analytics:

o Design innovative online campaigns across email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or HubSpot) and PPC advertising (Google Ads).

o Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track performance; generate reports reflecting campaign effectiveness/change recommendations based on insights gathered.

Ø Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales/Product/Creative departments ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms.

Ø Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Ø Proven experience as a Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing required.

Ø In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms’ algorithms/rules/best practices as well as emerging trends within the industry.

Ø Skills:

Ø Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data effectively & make data-driven decisions.

Ø Excellent written/verbal communication skills essential for producing high-quality content/collaborating with team members/stakeholders.

Ø Proficiency in using digital marketing tools/software such as Google Analytics/Mail chimp /Hoot suite /etc., along with graphic design software knowledge being advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Education:
