Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist (English/Spanish) to manage social media, produce marketing content, and conduct outbound digital prospecting to expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers regularly across digital channels.
This hybrid role blends marketing + content creation + outbound sales.
Responsibilities
Sales / Business Development
- Manage social media accounts with a focus on social media management best practices to grow followers and engagement.
- Identify and contact potential customers (installers, landscapers, etc.)
- Perform outbound outreach by DM, phone, text, and email
- Respond to inbound messages and convert to qualified leads
- Build and maintain a strong CRM pipeline (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Follow up with prospective clients to support closing opportunities
- Assist with trade shows, local events, and partnerships
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM channels.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance marketing techniques to monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Design engaging graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using email marketing tools to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
Digital Marketing
- Create and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
- Manage Google Business Profile and basic local digital marketing
- Assist in the creation of digital + print marketing material (Canva/Adobe)
Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual: English + Spanish (written & spoken)
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or social/digital marketing
- Strong social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Highly comfortable speaking with customers and initiating outreach
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create short-form content (video + photo)
Preferred
- Experience in construction, landscaping, materials, or home-improvement industries
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience running paid social ads (Meta/Google)
- Photography/video production experience
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or social/digital marketing
- Strong social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Highly comfortable speaking with customers and initiating outreach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
