We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead and expand our commercial operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, advertising, or digital marketing, with a proven ability to secure high-value clients and build long-term revenue pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales strategy for the Riyadh market, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers across the region.
- Develop structured sales plans, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that elevate the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and leadership teams to deliver tailored media solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, maintaining a consistent brand image.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in media, advertising, production, or digital communications.
- Strong network within the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
