We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial growth in Dubai. This role requires a confident leader who can drive revenue, secure major accounts, and position our media brand as a top choice for clients across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the company’s sales strategy for the UAE market.
- Drive business development efforts to secure key accounts and long-term partnerships.
- Manage and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead client meetings, pitches, and negotiations with precision and professionalism.
- Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with creative and production capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular performance reports and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably within the media or advertising sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE commercial landscape.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing enterprise clients.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Arabic is a plus but not required.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
