Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development initiatives, grow key accounts, and drive revenue across strategic market segments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and strategic partners
• Lead negotiations, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract closures
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams on pitches, presentations, and project handovers
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within interior design, fit-out, construction, architecture, or MEP industries in the UAE
• Proven track record of closing high-value projects and driving revenue growth
• Strong existing network within the UAE market
• Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics, tendering processes, and client management
• Experience managing sales teams and key accounts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
