Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive the sales strategy for our courier business. The role involves developing high-impact sales plans, expanding key accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies
• Drive B2B sales across corporate, e-commerce, retail, and government sectors
• Acquire and manage key enterprise and strategic accounts
• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales managers and executives
• Identify new business opportunities, routes, and service verticals
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing, and SLAs
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and customer retention
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Represent the company in client meetings, tenders, and industry events
