About the Role:

As a Sales Director , you will be responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and brand growth within the Saudi market. This is a strategic role where you will manage key retail accounts, oversee sales operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure the team’s professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local market regulations and company policies.


Required Qualifications:

  • +10 years of experience in sales management (luxury beauty/FMCG preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
