Sales Director – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Physician Practices
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead a high-performing team selling end‑to‑end Revenue Cycle Management solutions to private clinics and physician groups. Your team will focus on independent practices and day surgery centers, typically 1–25 physicians or more, across specialties.
About the RoleYou will manage and coach a team of 4–5 sales executives responsible for selling our RCM services, including medical billing, coding, collections, denial management, and related back‑office solutions, directly to physicians and clinic owners. The ideal leader understands the financial and operational pressures on private practices and can translate our offering into clear business outcomes: higher collections, fewer denials, and reduced administrative burden.
