Innosigns PH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of goals
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, signage, or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
