Responsibilities

Strategic Market Expansion:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Egyptian and African building materials markets, specifically focusing on PVC window and door systems.

Revenue Growth:
Take full ownership of regional sales targets, ensuring the achievement of aggressive growth and sustainable profit margins.

Key Account Management:
Build and maintain high-level relationships with major fabricators, construction companies, real estate developers, and architectural firms.

Distribution Network:
Identify, recruit, and manage a robust network of distributors and dealers across the region.

Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and local regulatory changes to pivot strategies effectively.
Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Building Materials sector. Direct experience in PVC or aluminum profiles or window/door systems is highly preferred.

Regional Expertise:
Proven track record of sales operations or business development within Egypt and Africa.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Language Skills:
Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.

Travel Mobility:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Egypt and various African countries.
