Founded in 2007, Measured Risk Portfolios is an Independent RIA and home of SynthEquity® Portfolios. SynthEquity® is an options strategy designed to deliver the long-run uncapped upside potential of a benchmark with measured risk.


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Director to join our growing distribution team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in raising assets for our proprietary investment strategy, SynthEquity®, and the MRP SynthEquity® ETF.


This role will support distribution efforts by generating leads, nurturing advisor relationships, and helping expand platform access across both B/D and RIA channels.

This is a full-time in-office position, located in Rockville Centre, NY.


Expected First Year On Target Earnings (Salary, bonus, commission) = 85k - 150k based on experience and relevant qualifications.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with the CRO to execute a strategic distribution plan focused on SynthEquity®.
  • Proactively engage with financial advisors (RIA, IBD, wirehouse, bank, TAMP) to educate them on the value proposition of the fund.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, webinars, and digital tools to drive meetings and uncover new opportunities.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce or Redtail) activity and pipeline reporting in coordination with the CRO.
  • Assist in planning and executing regional events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Support platform due diligence and onboarding efforts with custodians, TAMPs, model marketplaces, and broker-dealers.
  • Contribute to and execute on firm strategy and go-to-market initiatives.


Qualifications


  • 1–5 years of experience in investment sales, ETF distribution, or financial services wholesaling.
  • Understanding of ETFs, options strategies, or structured products is highly preferred.
  • Series 65 license
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce / maintaining a CRM, and managing a pipeline.
  • Ability to be in office.
