We are looking for an inspiring Sales Director to lead our logistics sales division. In this role, you will drive growth, build strong client relationships, and shape strategies that make us the partner of choice in logistics. Youll lead a talented team, explore new markets, and create business opportunities that deliver success for both our clients and our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clear sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain services.
  • Build, guide, and motivate a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client needs to find new growth areas.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and logistics regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics operations and market dynamics.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and inspire teams to perform their best.
