An international Salesforce Consultancy are seeking a Sales Director to lead its growth across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving business development, managing high-value client relationships, and building a successful regional sales team.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver the regional sales strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation
• Drive new business development through partnerships and direct outreach
• Manage strategic relationships with ecosystem partners
• Consistently achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications:
• Strong track record of exceeding B2B sales targets
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software solutions and Salesforce partner ecosystems
• Proven experience building and managing successful sales teams
• Ability to generate new business through strategic relationships
• Familiarity with UAE, KSA, and Qatar markets is highly advantageous
