Mighthouse Realty is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director (Russian Speaking) to lead and expand our sales division in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation with sales objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the UAE real estate market.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
