Responsibilities:

  1. Business Planning: Develop and ensure effective execution of operational strategies based on regional/customer insights, analysis of potential clients, customer needs, and competitor landscapes. Identify target markets and align strategies with company and departmental market intelligence and planning.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Lead the management and maintenance of multi-dimensional relationships with strategic accounts. Integrate company resources to foster multi-faceted communication and collaboration, enhancing client stickiness.
  3. Regional Opportunity Identification: Collect and consolidate customer intelligence via public channels and provincial representative offices. Establish routine communication mechanisms to capture real-time customer needs and potential, enabling tailored matching and fostering long-term partnerships.
  4. Opportunity Management: Oversee the management of regional and strategic opportunity information. Conduct targeted outreach based on customer segmentation mechanisms against annual targets, ensuring a high conversion rate of opportunities into confirmed orders.
  5. Order Acquisition: Drive order wins and increase market share by uncovering potential markets, conducting timely and effective information gathering/analysis, formulating pre-bid guidance and key account strategies, developing customized project solutions aligned with customer value propositions, and achieving sales targets.
  6. Sales Operations Leadership: Lead team activities in sales/competitive data analysis, strategic account profiling, CRM, performance evaluation, lead & opportunity management, payment collection tracking, and contract quality improvement.
  7. Contract & Service Fulfillment: Possess a strong understanding of contract and service fulfillment processes. Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and achieve operational goals by building relevant local process capabilities.
  8. Talent Development: Strategically allocate talent based on business needs. Build and sustain a high-performing local team through target setting, empowerment, talent pipeline development, capability enhancement, and effective motivation.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a thorough understanding of project sales cycles.
  3. Familiarity with wind power industry sales environments; knowledge of wind turbine parameters, performance characteristics, or wind blade fundamentals is essential; deeper industry understanding is a strong plus.
  4. Strong market analysis capabilities; proficient in market intelligence, customer needs analysis, and client relationship management principles and practices.
  5. Proven experience in building and managing multicultural/international teams.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills (internal & external).
