Sales & Dispatch coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a salaried position with commission earning potential, offering the opportunity to grow with an established electrical services company. You'll be the vital link between our customers, technicians, and suppliers — keeping operations running smoothly from first call to final invoice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls, book service appointments, and dispatch field technicians
• Manage lead generation and appointment booking across multiple online platforms
• Handle professional email and text communications with technicians, material suppliers, and customers
• Process invoices and collaborate with technicians to finalize customer documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on open opportunities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical service industry
• Dynamic, self-motivated salesperson with a proven track record
• Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technology platforms
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree a plus
