Store Hours
Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM
Saturday 10 AM–6 PM
Sunday 12 PM–5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote the Unlimited Bath & Brush Membership
• Re-engage inactive members and explain membership value
• Answer calls and texts; schedule appointments
• Check members and guests in and out; process payments
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold PetBar brand values
• Support bathers and assist self-wash guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lobby, front desk, and wash areas
• Ensure pet safety, comfort, and quality assurance prior to pet pickup

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
