We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help us support our continued growth. You will focus on equipping our sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary for success. You will be responsible for delivering training, creating documentation, and helping drive continuous improvement through targeted enablement strategies. You will drive consistency across the organization with our “Sales: The Coastal Way”, which includes Sandler Sales methodologies and best practices. You’ll support teams in navigating new Salesforce products, staying updated on the latest features and functionalities, and ensuring that our internal teams understand the full capabilities of our solutions. Beyond internal enablement, this role will also actively support our strategic sales excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on strategic sales best practices, enabling individuals to perform at their highest potential
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring they understand our processes, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted enablement strategies
Collaborate with sales leadership to drive consistency across the organization using “Sales: The Coastal Way” and Sandler sales methodologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices
Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to continuously upskill the team on both Coastal offerings (True North, Waves, etc) and Salesforce solutions, key features, and differentiators
Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and best practice guides specific to Salesforce (and its ecosystem) and Snowflake
Curate and manage a centralized knowledge base for the team to easily access resources, templates, and FAQs streamlined in Coastal’s content enablement platform, Lighthouse
Create use-case scenarios, demos, and playbooks to support pre-sales efforts
Develop sales collateral, presentations, and pitch decks to support client-facing discussions
Provide ongoing support and training to improve the sales team’s ability to position Coastal effectively with prospects
Measure the success of enablement programs through performance metrics, feedback, and adoption rates
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training and resources, making improvements where necessary
Track the progress of team knowledge and skills development over time
Assisting in the development and execution of joint field events and partner-facing activities
Providing internal teams with insights and training to effectively engage in alliance-driven opportunities
Supporting co-selling efforts and maintaining alignment between internal and partner teams
Required Skills, Education and Experience
A passion for continuous learning and improving team performance
Proven experience in a Salesforce Consulting or Salesforce-related enablement role
Experience with developing and delivering training programs and materials
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Ability to translate complex Salesforce concepts into simple, actionable knowledge for non-technical teams
Experience with tools like Salesforce Trailhead, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other enablement platforms
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in enablement, training, or a related role within a corporate environment
Previous experience as an individual contributor selling in the SAAS space, preferably Salesforce
