Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for building seller skills, supporting deal execution, and ensuring reps have the tools and knowledge to engage buyers and close business. This role focuses on improving seller execution and workflow efficiency, with primary emphasis on enablement programs, platform effectiveness, and content delivery while working across Endeavor’s portfolio of B2B media brands and 10 industry verticals.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely motivated by helping sellers improve performance. You will coordinate and deliver training programs, support reps during active deal development, and maintain the content, tools and resources that drive consistent sales execution, seller productivity, and pipeline progression. You will partner closely with the VP of Sales Enablement & Training to translate strategy into scalable training, content, and workflows.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred and/or minimum of 2+years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role.
For this position, the annual salary range is $65,00-$70,000 exclusive of fringe benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
