Sales Engagement Executive (Cold Caller - U.S. Market)

We at Inspurate Business Services are looking for a Sales Engagement Executive to support our upcoming AI startup, Infinite Forces. You will to connect with U.S. and U.A.E. based leads over the phone. Candidate must be able to hold confident conversations, and secure qualified demos through high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• 200+ outbound calls per day
• Secure 2 qualified demo/day (10 per week)
• Communicate clearly with potential clients, handle objections
• Maintain CRM accuracy with notes & follow-ups
• Coordinate demo schedules with the sales team

• Daily call volume
• Demo bookings
• Conversion quality
• CRM discipline
• Attendance & call quality

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Confident in customer handling
• Cold-calling/telesales experience preferred
• Must work on-site in Karachi
• Target-driven and consistent

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
