Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Engagement Officer to manage field activities, institutional visits, and student acquisition across Kerala. This role includes conducting student sessions, participating in outreach programs, building community networks, and generating quality leads for the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per schedule
- Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students
- Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community contacts
- Collect and update accurate student/parent information in the CRM
- Support offline marketing efforts, including brochures, posters, and standees
- Develop and manage local agent networks and referral channels
- Generate quality leads through field engagement and community initiatives
- Participate in expos, fairs, campus events, and outreach activities
- Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
- Track program performance and support lead conversion efforts
- Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
- Encourage student walk-ins through on-ground activities
- Maintain records of visits, events, and daily tasks
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Assist internal teams during campaigns and promotional events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or BTL marketing
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field operations
- Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving monthly targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
- Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
