Position Summary:

We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Engineers to join our growing team. The role is focused on B2B sales of LED lighting products. The candidate will be based in Udaipur, but must be willing to travel PAN India for business development, client meetings, and project coordination.

Freshers with a technical background and interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided by our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B customers across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Travel across India to meet prospective clients, present product offerings, and understand client requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer support.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:Education:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in LED lighting or electrical products, will be preferred.

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and travel frequently across India
• Interest in technical sales and client engagement
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
