Qualifications:
- Minimum relevant bachelor's degree: Mechanical engineer
- Complete familiarity with the product and industry: Accurate and comprehensive knowledge of products, their features, applications, and benefits is essential in order to properly guide and convince the customer.
- Negotiation and communication skills: Ability to communicate professionally with specialized clients and provide technical advice
- Tracking and monitoring: Ability to track and monitor the entire sales process, from product introduction to contract finalization
- Familiarity with related software: Ability to work with Office software (especially Excel and Word), Zoho book, and customer relationship management tools
- Industry-Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in sales or trading of technical products, manufacturing, or a related sector.
Job Description:
- Technical mastery of the products available in the employer's showroom and providing technical presentations of the products to in-person customers.
- Accompanying and following up with customers in person from the initial presentation to reaching the final sales result for the customer.
- In-person marketing to a group of potential and previously identified customers and introducing products related to the customer's needs.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce content, including taking technical photos of showroom products and providing the team with the information they need.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Preparing and presenting technical and financial proposals, developing product portfolio, introducing and educating customers on products.
- When loading and shipping goods or when goods arrive, be present with the warehouse worker for technical checks of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Technical check of goods sent to the customer before leaving the warehouse to ensure compliance with the issued pro forma invoice.
