We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Engineer
to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-commercial expertise, an in-depth understanding of aluminium façade and building envelope systems, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role involves active business development, project engagement, and site visits across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the façade and aluminium systems sector across the UAE.

Build and nurture relationships with developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, and fabricators.

Promote the company’s technical façade solutions in line with market requirements and project specifications.

Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to support business growth.

Manage tenders and enquiries by preparing timely, accurate, and competitive quotations and proposals.

Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and project pipelines to support business forecasting.

Proactively manage CRM updates to document client visits, communications, and opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and receivables.
Techno-Commercial Support

Provide technical advice on product selection, system design, and value engineering alternatives.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure efficient proposal delivery.

Participate in pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and project finalization.

Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project requirements, and commercial agreements.

Support post-sales and project execution activities for key accounts.

Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities in the UAE to support company growth objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural preferred).

3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the façade, aluminium systems, or construction materials industry.

Demonstrated success in the UAE façade or construction markets.

Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, aluminium extrusions, and architectural applications.

Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Valid UAE Driving License and own car –
mandatory

Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
