Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region and industry sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical Support
- Provide customers with technical advice on selecting bearings, lubricants, and related solutions.
- Conduct site visits for equipment evaluation, troubleshooting, and product recommendation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
Account Management
- Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on deliveries, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Recommend strategies for product positioning, pricing, and market penetration.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
