Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to support and grow our business within the architecture, interior design, and fit-out sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent client-facing and sales skills, helping to promote our products/services to architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.

• Present and promote company products/services through technical presentations, samples, and project meetings.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions, quotations, and recommendations.

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in architecture and interior markets.

• Coordinate with the technical, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate project execution.

• Track project pipelines, prepare sales reports, and update CRM systems.

• Attend site visits, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new materials/technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture,Interior) or relevant field.

• Proven experience in sales within architecture, interiors, construction, or fit-out industry.

• Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, and project specifications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to read architectural drawings and specs (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).

• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Existing network with architects and interior design firms.

• Knowledge of interior materials (lighting, flooring, furniture, joinery, MEP, etc.).

• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
