Sales Engineer

Kaltech Energy LLC, a leading company in the UAE’s solar and renewable energy sector, is seeking a proactive and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of Solar Thermal Systems, Calorifiers, Heat Pumps, and Domestic Water Chillers, while strengthening our presence across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, survey, and prepare technical assessments and BOQs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP firms, FM companies, and end users.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM/ERP entries.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of Solar Water Heating Systems, Calorifiers, Heat Pumps, and Water Chillers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Arabic-speaking candidates – Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in Solar Thermal, HVAC, MEP, or related industries (UAE experience preferred).
• Fresh engineering graduates with strong interest in renewable energy may be considered.
