Sales Engineer

Position Title: Sales Engineer (For Contracting company have Aluminum and Steel workshop)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer — preferably an Architect Engineer — with strong sales and business development skills to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction or fit-out industry, capable of developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive fieldwork and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Dubai market (fit-out, construction, renovation, aluminum, and wood works, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project submittals.
• Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and follow up with clients to secure new jobs.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the UAE construction sector.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the UAE construction, interior fit-out, or related industry.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Valid UAE Driving License (required).
• Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
