Sales Engineer

Lijan Insulation, established in 2004, a leading company in the UAE’s Industrial Thermal Insulation and renewable energy sector, is seeking a proactive and technically competent Business development Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Expertise in Thermal insulation and Natural Roof Ventilators and skylights Systems on steel building across Industrial, petrochemical, marine and warehouse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, survey, and prepare technical assessments and BOQs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP firms, FM companies, and end users.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM/ERP entries.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of Industrial Thermal Insulation and metal Roof installations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Arabic-speaking candidates – Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in Industrial Thermal Insulation and PEB building (UAE experience preferred).
