Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and market research.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Follow up on all enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end users.

Technical Support & Pre-Sales

  • Provide technical consultation and solution design based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in product selection, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for accurate solution delivery.

Project Coordination

  • Support project execution teams during handover after order confirmation.
  • Ensure correct specification, scope, and timelines are communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues during project implementation.

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or internal systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
  • Ensure all documentation such as quotations, POs, delivery notes, and invoices are properly coordinated with accounts and operations.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback to management for strategic planning and product positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Maximum 1 year of relevant experience in ELV, security systems, IT solutions, or project sales would be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, storage, networking, and related solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
