Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and market research.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Follow up on all enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end users.
Technical Support & Pre-Sales
- Provide technical consultation and solution design based on customer requirements.
- Assist in product selection, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for accurate solution delivery.
Project Coordination
- Support project execution teams during handover after order confirmation.
- Ensure correct specification, scope, and timelines are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues during project implementation.
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
- Ensure all documentation such as quotations, POs, delivery notes, and invoices are properly coordinated with accounts and operations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to management for strategic planning and product positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- Maximum 1 year of relevant experience in ELV, security systems, IT solutions, or project sales would be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, storage, networking, and related solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
