Sales Engineer

About Us:
Maven Building Contracting is a leading construction company specializing in concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and concrete cutting. We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive our business growth in Dubai.

Role Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical and commercial support for our specialized construction services. This is a hands-on role that requires both sales expertise and strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Promote and provide technical solutions for services including concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, and concrete cutting.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience in construction services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
