Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales and client relationship skills. You will be responsible for promoting our inspection and training services, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the inspection and safety training sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, presentations, and consultations.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on our services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals efficiently.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Attended industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
• Maintain a solid understanding of industry regulations, standards, and competitor activity.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and client needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in inspection, training, or consultancy services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, inspection protocols, or training certifications is a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
