Sales Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive Low Voltage (LV) switchgear sales across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise in LV panels, proven experience in MEP contractor coordination, and a solid understanding of consultant approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Prepare, discuss, and negotiate technical and commercial offers for LV switchgear projects.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project submittals to ensure timely closure.

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to support business growth and sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

• 2–5 years of experience in LV switchgear sales within the UAE or GCC region.

• Familiarity with Schneider, Legrand, L&K, or equivalent OEM products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts effectively.

• Valid Driving License required.
